{Encouraging Healthy} Water Guest Post

I always felt like water was the cure for everything.  You know, like in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding, where the dad thinks Windex is the cure for everything?  That's me, with water.  I have a headache, so I better drink some water.  I have a cold, so I need to drink some water.

Then, I realized that water wasn't just a cure for everything, it is also a prevention for everything.  You see, after I gave birth to Baby C, I was hospitalized for an E. Coli infection.  I was heavily medicated. I must have been on at least six different drugs.  And with those drugs, came side effects, including lose of appetite and thirst.  So, I stopped drinking.  And that's when it all started.
